Paying Irony: Arresting the Agency (C-rank Mission) {Lilinette & Nameless}

Lilinette walked down the dark streets of Urban city. Luminescent lights may have filled the area from the various clubs and bars that were surrounding the area, however, the umbrella Lilinette carried blocked out all of these useless, bright distractions. She let out a sigh, "Such annoyances, I will never understand how people tolerate them." Lilinette complained, weaving in an out of the various crowds of people. Not that it mattered, where she was heading, there weren't that many people. 

She was headed towards an area of the town that most people didn't go to. Well, most sane people that is. But Lilinette wasn't most sane people, she was much saner, in her own eyes that is, then most other people. A plce so intricate and mysterious that most people feared to enter it. 

As the lights began to fade away behind Lilinette, the gaps between the dark, seemingly abandoned buildings around her seemed to get narrower and bigger in numbers. As Lilinette looked up, the concrete jungle around her seemed to have encased the sky above. 


As the air began to blow from the wide gab between buildings before her, she spoke. "The ally ways.", turning towards the gap between buildings, and then keeping her umbrella held above her head, her grip loosening as she began to wait for her partner. 

"Nameless, where, oh where, could you possibly be."

"Behind.. you?" he said in a disappointed manner. "I didn't think I was this good at masking my energy, since I have none to begin with."

He wore the attire the body of Naruto came with. He had no special weapons, no special skills, just basic ones he learned from observing other ninja. Should he obtain a body of a ninja, and study how they fight, he just might unlock more secrets to Pandora. After all, he was tired of Fighting Aknaid and always losing. He would get stronger this time, and defeat him once and for all. For once, he didn't care about eradicating the world to exterminating everything, for once, he had a dream. He was going to lead this new world under him. He would rule with an iron fist, he would be the next Hokage.

Er... I mean..."If we controlled this city, we could clean it up. Cleaning means we can control more easy.. or we can leave it as is, and watch the world destroy itself. I haven't made up my mind." It was over a century since Nameless was born into this world,  and for once he felt a change. He didn't know if it was him, or the soul that the body once had.

He wasn't sure to fear, or be proud in his findings.

Lilinette was not surprised at all when the man, Nameless, appeared behind her. "You need to be more punctual." She told the man, having sensed his aura before he even spoke a word. "Walking corpse or not, you still have abilities. In order to use those abilities, you need a power source." Her head stayed still but her eyes glazed back, starring at him like a hunter pointing his daggers towards a kill, "And i can sense any power source." Which was true, thanks to her lineage, sensing the power levels of others was one of the many things she could accomplish.

She than gazed before her, and brushed her hair behind her ear, the wind coming from the ally way before her blowing her pig tails back as she starred down the abyss of chaos she was about to walk into. 

"But that is enough chit chat." Lilinette told Nameless, tilting the umbrella just a tad bit before her, so it was still raised high above her head but it could still be used to quickly block an in coming attacker if needed. She than used her other hand and placed it in front of her dress, grabbing a bit of the skirt and lifting it up so that it wouldn't get snagged on anything. 

"Let us begin," She spoke, taking a step inside the labyrinth of alleyways before her.

"As that is the power of the dead man I now possess not me... oh wait." Nameless was distracted in his own mind, planning out his dream of his utopia. A world of no violence, just peace. Peace, because Nameless would crush those that challenge him. He would be a powerhouse and destroy the few who step out of line. This world was not meant to just exist in, but live in. And it's been years since she ever truly lived.

Nameless followed the girl, the few times he chose not to lead. He needed to plan his take over of Pandora. Hell, if he was lucky, maybe Kaseki might even work for him. As ludicrous as it sounded to the public, Nameless, and only Nameless knew of the chances of it actually happening.

And that alone seemed to spark joy in him. But he stood in a dark alley, trying to find something he lost.  What he lost?

Test subject A. Or rather, patient Zero. He was just an orphan, a lost soul in Pandora. He was instructed to care for the boy until he regained his power. He was told to never recruit by force, he would have to accept denial. But if they refused him, he usually killed him... but that boy was the only one he freed.

And now he came back to Urban City.

Lilinette continued walking down the path of alleyway walls besides her. Both her foot steps and the nameless meet suit behind her's foot steps echoed down the alleyway, surprisingly quiet. Eerily quiet. She glanced behind her, trying to see what Nameless could possibly be thinking about. He was quiet, too quiet. If she didn't know any better she would think that he had set this up to be a trap, but she did know better. 

Nameless needed her, for the time being at least. She was one of the main financiers of the Agency, not only that, but she was one of the smartest, and one of the only people in the world who could create a golem. An army of golems actually. Something that interested people at the Agency.

"Looks like this interesting talk will have to be put on a halt for a minute," She spoke, a bit of sarcasm riddling her voice as she could sense that they were approaching company. "13 targets," Lilinette spoke, using her heightened sight and hearing to identify what they were. "7 wretched  little things, and 4," Lilinette Shivered, "Fat things which all appear to be eating." She turned her head, glancing at Nameless. "Be happy you can't see them, its not a very appealing site." 

She then tossed her umbrella in the air, and lifted her left hand, her shadow golems hand, and snatched a great sword as it fell down from the sky. "Now, I suggest we split them up, I'll take the fat guys if you want the tiny ones. Or vice versa, any objections?" She asked Nameless. "No, good." She then elegantly ran forward, than leaped into action, landing right in the middle of their feeding frenzy. "Now, shall we begin?" she asked, slashing her sword forward and listening as the heads of one of the confused, Genetic Splicer's heads fell to the ground, its body following shortly after.

'Monster Dice' :

"SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!" Nameless exclaimed. It was something he remembered Kaseki using at one point in his life, and hoped it would work for him as well. He took his hands and made the three handsigns as fast as he could. Be could feel his energy split and divide. Even though it would not cost him as much chakra as the other jutsu, it did seem to tire him in the end. Ten clones seemed to pop up just out of nothing, appearing all behind him. Ten bodies appearing, and running forth, while the eleventh, the original planned out his...  plan.

He would be able to take out the lesser experiments with ease, however the Splicers were another story. "Suzaku..." he said lightly, slowly flying a few feet off the ground. The clones smiled looking back at their creator, realizing they had the same power too. All of the bodies seemed to grow weightless and suspend themselves in the air.

This was going to be interesting... As Nameless was left unarmed.

The clones all ran toward the swarms of the... little ones. With a strike to the face, they seemed to be incapacitated. "Pity," Nameless uttered, "You would have been more fun to play with, had you ingested Geneome Ze."

As Lilinette finished slicing off the head of the last Genetic Splicer,  she sat on top of a pile of bodies, her blade now an umbrella once again, an umbrella which was once again raised over her head. She looked in a bit of amazement as she witnessed the 11 nameless's in the air, charging down and knocking out the little, pesky creatures below them. "Oh, you're done?" She asked, slowly getting up from the pile of decapitated beasts. "I was starting to worry about you." She let out a slight giggle, teasing nameless for a moment. 


"Very well, now time to continue on. No telling how many more of these creatures there might be waiting for us to join the party." As she stood up, she walked past their meal, trying not to stare at it for too long. "Must have been a curious pedestrian." She spoke, stopping in her tracks and walking towards it. 

The amount of muscle on him was great, or at least, it used to be great. As she continued looking over the body, she sighed in disappointment. "If we had only gotten here sooner. then i would have been able to use him as a specimen. He would have been perfect..." 

Shaking her head, Lilinette began to continue walking. "No rest for the wicked, or in this case, those who kill the wicked."

"Once one sleeps in darkness, one never rests again." Nameless said coldly. The sword she held was much stronger than Nameless, no doubt, but should Nameless be stuck down, he would find a new body, with new power. There was always a chance the new vessel would possess something that would be something that could destroy her golems, or even yet, the shadows of her. He had no fear of death, for each death brought him closer to his goal, wither it be his own or of his opponent. The clones quickly gathers around him, all of them in the air, looking down at the world. Nameless himself stood on an awning, looking over at his partner for this time. "These experiments, I'm sure we can find some to take home and restart, don't you think?"

Nameless's mind did not wander far from his dream, as this was part of the cleansing process for the world. Urban City was full of humans, souls, souless and the soulbound. There was two who understood the differences between these races, other than Kaseki. The only two to know the origin, and the powers of each was Nameless... and his brother.

But even that wasn't completely true.

"We can come back for them if you want," Lilinette replied. "These creatures don't interest me nearly as much as others do. I'm hoping we run into an even better specimen, a creature that I could turn into something useful." She let out another small chuckle and continued on walking. It only made sense for her to go first, thanks to her lineage. She could see and hear 10 meters further than anyone else, making it almost impossible for anyone to sneak up on her. 

Looking left and right, there were many forks in the road, but Lilinette knew exactly which ones to take. Weaving around the walls just as she did the commoners in the street, she could sense something. It wasn't nearly as big a heard as before, this herd was only 4 of those monstrosities. Four of the big guys. 

Her eyes opened a bit, and she lifted her hand. "Stop," Lilinette spoke in a hushed tone. "Its four more of those fat ones, but they are different." She spoke, watching as they began to sluggishly walk towards her and Nameless. "These ones are hungry, I can hear it in their stomachs." It was then one of them leaped forward, catching Lilinette off guard, she manged to pull her umbrella out in front of her just in time to block the majority of the attack, however , she still took a bit of damage, causing her to take a few steps back. 


"Damn it," She muttered, "These guys are feisty when they are hungry." 

Standing back up straight, she began to feel dizzy, and placed her hand on the wall next to her. Taking a deep breath in, she looked up at Nameless. "You can take care of this one," She smiled, trying not to show the pain.

'Monster Dice' :

Nameless smiled. "It would be my pleasure." He dashed at the Splicer, letting his clones disappear into the shadows. They were out of time, and Nameless needed not to waste energy on them. He ran, and with the heat of his speed, he seemed to ignite. "Suzaku!" he said, hitting the splicer with his might. His body fully engulfed in flames. melting the armor he wore. It was a powerful hit, almost as if he was a C-Class fire mage, when in reality, he was a Genin Wind Release Ninja. But they didn't know that.

The heat of the hit sent the splicer back, knocking him to the ground, the front of his body completely exposed and scorched. For a moment, Nameless felt bad for killing the Splicer. But only for a moment. There was 3 more to kill, and 3 more hits he would have to deal. He was on fire, and it would only ignite every so often. He had to limit himself, or he would burn up in no time.

This would day was a test of his power and authority. He was a god in his own sense. His past was just a word, for he held no memory. This world was made for him... or rather... he was made for this world.

Lilinette stood there. Her hand on her side, the area that had been hit. "Ow..." She muttered, biting her bottom lip. "I can't just stand here doing nothing..." She told herself, but what could she do? She was in pain, so she couldn't rush into combat with her blade and slice these creatures up like she did the last batch. 

But then again, it didn't have to specifically be her. 

"Kasai," The red haired maiden appeared before her, and without Lilinette having to speak a word, she knew what to do. armor glistened due to the fire on Nameless's person. The girl charged headfirst into battle, her flaming hair raised as she shot it forward, whipping a few of the fat monstrosities as she did so. 

They looked over to her, and groaned in misery. "Eek!" she shouted, taking a step back and slashing one of them again with her hair, causing it to catch on fire and fall to the ground, knocked out. "Keep it up Kasai," Lilinette spoke, beginning to feel her strength coming back as her umbrella turned into a sword, and she followed after her golem. 

Lifting up her blade, she sliced right through another golem, making 3 of them dead in counting. She then spun around, and with a might roar, took her revenge on the final fat ass, which was guilty by association with the one who hit her in the first place, chopping his arms and legs, yet keeping him alive for later.

Nameless looked up from the one body he ran into. By the time his hands met the floor to push him up, a golem was already being summoned. "Well isn't this fun..." he said to himself. They were wiping these creations like nothing. Most certainly they would return to them obediently or run away soon, he only had to exterminate a few more to prove his point. As soon as he arose to to stand and select his next target, the golem seemed to whip two of them with her hair. Rather than that bit of fire killing them, when they staggered back, they tripped and seemed to land on each other's weapons. "Pity." Nameless thought. And before he would comment on the situation, the girl had already sliced through the last of them with her sword just like a hot knife through butter.

Nameless stood in amusement of the event. Everything was going better than planned. And they could kill even more if they wanted. But death meant he couldn't experiment with them... at least not unless he could bring them back to life... like his brother.

"I would imagine Patient Zero would be at the end of this accursed hallway" Nameless said to his teammate, "Or it will be the inner city. It depends what lies in wake for us." He couldn't see the distance like his partner, but that's why he kept her around... He needed her in a way.

Lilinette said nothing, she didn't want too. She began walking, and tried not to think about the pain in her lower gut. Walking hurt, it almost burned. Something must have been hit, fractured most likely. "Nothing i can't take care of." Lilinette muttered, keeping her head held high. There were more creatures coming up, but they weren't quite in her range yet. 

"This, Patient zero," Lilinette began to inquire, "What is so special about him?" she was very curious. She wanted to know why he was so important. She awaited for Nameless to answer, but whether or not he did wasn't what was truly on lilinetts mind. 


There is a lot of them coming up... She thought to herself as they came to another fork in the road. She then stopped dead in her tracks. "About 10 meters away to the left there is a heard of monsters. They seem to be heading this way, but we should have about 2 or 3 minutes until they get h-" Before she could finish, she leaped back. "Get away from there!" she shouted, landing onto the ground and watching as two, 5 foot tall dogs rushed towards them. The ground began to shake as the dogs howled, starring at Lilinette and Nameless with their cold, undead eyes.


"Their so fast..." She muttered, starring at the dogs as they were accompanied by 12 of the short, fat creatures from before. "Kasai," Lilinette spoke, looking over towards the red haired women standing next to her, dressed in a fire patterned armor. "Yes ma'am?" She responded. 

"Lets go," Lilinette spoke, looking over at Nameless, and signaling to attack.

Job Info:

"Oh good," Nameless said reassuringly, "At least we can have some fun." He jumped up, and began to take flight. He was armorless, and weaponless to these creatures... but he still had tricks. He inhaled a large breath of air and exhaled powerfully at the ground. A smoke was created and cast downward, the dust, dirt and trash began to kick up and get in the way of the targets. Sure, it didn't damage them, but it disorientated all of them. He watched as a Garm tackled a Splicer and maul him, as other Splicers swung at each other, thinking it was their former master. They were stuck in this fog of mystery... something that allowed the girl with golems to think of something.

But this fight, seemed to burn a great fire inside of Nameless. He enjoyed it, for the right reasons. He was deaths away from turning Urban City into something great, at least, in the eyes of Nameless. This world was going to change, and he was a knight on the side of the darker pieces. But only if everyone would see the world as he did.

But no one ever did.

... Well, agreed to it the exact way Nameless did.

"Mangy mutts," Lilinette spoke, ignoring what ever Nameless was up to and keeping her attention towards the creatures before her, Kasai doing the same. Both of them were currently at a stand off with one of the mutts, the fat guys seemed to be standing behind the towering dogs, dogs that appeared to be the same height as Lilinette. 

"Their spectating?" Lilinette asked, watching as the other dog rushed towards Nameless. "So these mutts have a bit of intelect now, do they?" she spoke, giving a smile and raising her blade. "It doesn't matter, you shall fall by my hands." Her eyes opened, and she charged forward. A whip of fire, thrown by her golem Kasai, flew to her side and smacked the dog right in it's nose. It howled in a bit of pain as a second whip struck it's ear. 

"Oh no!" Kasai screamed as the dog bit her hair before she could retract it, It let out a large snarl through its teeth and swung Kasai at Lilinette. She managed to leap out of the way and slice through Kasai's hair, but it didn't stop any damage like she thought it would. Kasai slammed into the wall, her eyes opened wide as she hit the floor. 

"Shit, don't tell me she is dead," Lilinette whispered, but then, Kasai vanished. 

Giving a sigh of relief, Lilinette turned towards her now scorched opponent, blade raised high as they both looked into each others eyes. 

One of them was about to die.

"RASENGAN!" Nameless yelled as he ran towards Lilinette. "Wait no... that's not the name..." His body fulled engulfed in fires as he darted toward her. He dashed at the massive dog, trying to both distract and destroy. He was hit by the flaming hairs of the golem, yet he was undamaged for the most part. He intercepted the death gaze from it as he ran at the creature. The haze still lingered in the air around them, allowing them to pick off the targets one at a time, or in small numbers. He tackled the dog, targeting its' front leg as he did so, snapping it. While he made contract his body burned the dog as well, doing twice the damage it normally would. The dog, although heavy, staggered back and whimpered on it's broken leg. Nameless saw the chance and leaped up to the dog's neck, grabbing hold of it, choking out the dog.

"Thank the maker for the smoke..." he thought, "Thank the maker..." Th dog slowly gave way, and breathed out it's last collection of air. It slowly fell to the ground, as Nameless carried its' head to the floor. It was a monstrous beast, something Nameless wouldn't be able to take down by himself. There was a reason they traveled in pairs...

He trained them to do that to protect their own. And now one out lasted the other.

Lilinette charged towards the dog, seeing her peripheral vision that Nameless had taken care of the other one and was more then likely going to move onto the Splicers, Lilinette struck down at the dog. Of course, it wasn't that easy. The dog managed to some how side step and whip it's gigantic head towards Lilinette, bashing into her as she held up the sword to try and block it. 

Lilinette flew back, but dug her sword into the ground to stop her from ending up like Kasai, thrown into a wall. She looked up, and watched as the dog howled in pain. She had sliced right through its cheek. Of course, the dog was fast, faster then she anticipated. "I will need something just as fast," She told herself, taking a deep breath, and raising her arms up high. A flash appeared as her fingers snapped, showing a ninja before her. "Kirāgādo" she spoke, her eyes opened wide as the dog charged towards both her and her newly summoned ninja. "Kill it." She spoke. 

Kirāgādo shook his head in obedience, and in the blink of an eye, was on top of the dog. It yelped in both pain and confusion as Kirāgādo slammed his blade into the side of it's neck. Lilinette then leaped up as the dog focused all of its attention on getting Kirāgādo off, and sliced him right down the middle. 

The dog split into to halves and fell in opposite directions, showing the entirety of his entrails. Looking up, Lilinette saw that the heard of Splicers were starting to get enraged. "Come and dance," She taunted, Kirāgādo  standing before her, both of their blades drawn. 

The 14 splicers charged.

"I've got to get one of those..." Nameless watched as the girl sliced away at the dog. Surely, that would be the death of many, but not him. Even though this battle they were on the same side, the curse of The Agency would prove him otherwise. However, even with that sword she couldn't touch him. He could move faster than light, sound, and could even teleport. But that wasn't the task at hand.

He dashed into the crowd of Splicers doing the one stupid thing he knew would work. The smoke was nearly faded by now, and even if it wasn't the sounds of battle with the garm were enough to reveal their location. However, Nameless created these monsters, and knew their weakness. After all, they were chosen and bred for brawn, not brain.

All fourteen of the creatures surrounded Nameless, their creator in a great circle. They all bore weapons and seemed to drool at the thought of slaying their former master. They taunted him. He seemed to all want to charge at once, but they stood and watched, trying to get a reaction. Nameless had a plan... and he hoped Lilinette wouldn't ruin it. But only if she could read his mind.

Charging towards the fat, horrid creatures, Lilinette slammed her feet into the ground, stopping herself from moving any further. Kirāgādo stopped immediately as well, witnessing Nameless distracting the creatured before her. looking up, she gazed down the long ally way to her left, the ally way that the dogs and those creatures had come from. "There must be more that way." She told Kirāgādo. The golem shook his head, and she turned towards the ally way, raising her blade before her, and walking into the ally way. 

It was dark, much darker then the previous ally. She could still see up ahead, and she could hear up ahead too. She stopped dead in her tracks as she listened to the sounds of running feet, a lot of running feet. Seeing a them charge towards her, she leaped into the air, Kirāgādo doing the same. one of the mutts slid beneath her, and as she fell, she sliced off its head. Looking at Kirāgādo, she watched as the tiny little things from before, quite a lot of them too, attacked him. Kirāgādo Sliced through them like butter, carving one after the other until only a hand full remained. 

It was then Lilinette got worried. "Kirāgādo, get back." She whispered, watching as the golem leaped back, just a foot or two before Lilinette. Three more dogs stopped before her, followed by even more of the failed experiments, and more of the fat genetic Splicers. 

"Looks like we are having a ball," She spoke, watching as one of the dogs charged towards her. "Not this time," She spoke, stepping to the side and twirling into a 360, slicing through the dogs rib cage and watching as it yelped in pain. It fell to the ground, dead. "Pathetic," She spoke, looking at the other two dogs, and looking at how the Genetic splicers and stayed behind. They appeared smarter then the little guys, who were running past the dogs and charging towards Lilinette and Kirāgādo. "I shall handle this." She spoke, spinning yet again, watching as both the skirt of her dress and the the heads of the failed experiments twirled around her body.

'Monster Dice' :

"Any second now..." Nameless thought. He looked at the circle of the Splicers, watching them analyse every small movement he made. "Okay... NOW... Now?... Seriously" He wondered how long it would take her... but then he saw. She went another way. "Goddammit.." He cursed within the depths of his own mind. "Stupid-"

The Splicers all charged at him at once. Nameless was shocked at the careful planning of his inferior creations. Yet, as always, Nameless knew how to get rid of them. As the fastest caught up to him, Nameless leaped into the sky. Not only was his body agile, but the ability to fly also allowed him to preform with ease. The remaining splicers all tackled each other, foolishly, and some even were trampled on. As Nameless was suspended in midair, his body ignited once more and he lit them on fire for good measure just by touching them. He had no time to play around.

And fire was fun to play with.

He leaped off the fiery bodies and ran to assist his ally. He was powerful in his own sense, for he could not die. To make it even more fun, he couldn't feel pain. This was going to be fun, wither he wanted to have fun or not.

The other creatures watched her, being vexed by her ability to slay their former allies. The dogs turned towards the genetic splicers and the and let out an obnoxiously loud howl, something that caused Lilinette to cover her ears in pain. 

As the howling stopped, the splicers looked at Lilinette, and charged. Gripping her blade, and removing her hands form her ears, she watched as one of the splicers ran right into it. As blood floew out of the creature, she spun around, slicing through it, and one of its allies. The remaining two splicers merely looked at her and charged, fists raised in order to strike her. But she didn't care. Spinning around, she sliced through both of them, watching as their entrails spilled to the ground. 

The two mutts snarled in disapproval and swung their heads towards Lilinette. Kirāgādo leaped into action, slicing through their feet, causing them to fall to the ground. Lilinette walked up to them, and plunged her blade into the first ones head. 

Looking back at the second one, still alive and kicking, she bent down and grabbed it's ear. "Should I even bother to kill you?" She asked. It was then that she heard foot steps behind, the footsteps of Nameless.
